Dr Tadeja Jere Jakulin is a full professor in business and organisational sciences in tourism at the University of Primorska, Faculty of Tourism Studies - TURISTICA, a UNESCO UniTwin network of universities and has a PhD from the University of Maribor in systems theory - information systems management. Dr Jere Jakulin researches, studies and teaches the fields of soft systems, the influence of colours on man and consciousness as an evolutionary system. Her research and pedagogical work has brought her international, national, and university excellence awards. Dr Jere Jakulin served as Vice Dean of the Faculty and as Vice-Chancellor of the University of Primorska, Slovenia. She lectures at domestic and foreign universities as well as institutes abroad. 

Tadeja is a member of the Department of Cultural Tourism, a regular member of the UNWTO panel of tourism experts, an honorary doctor of the International Institute for Advanced Studies in Systems Research and Cybernetics, a member of the International Academy of Sciences, Arts and Technology, Vice president of the Slovenian Society for Systems Research and a member of the International Association of Colour Teachers and Practitioners.
