ELAINE STEPHENS

As an experienced leadership development facilitator and coach, Elaine is passionate about helping individuals and teams to develop to their full potential. Elaine is particularly interested in helping people build their confidence and self-awareness. In coaching, she loves to see people “light up” and be inspired and motivated to move towards their vision, goals and ultimately fulfil their purpose. Elaine is a Colour Mirrors Teacher and uses colour to help people develop their self-awareness and to discover what is holding them back.

Prior to setting up Full Spectrum Change, Elaine worked for Connor HR Consultancy as Head of People Development facilitating leadership development and coaching for a range of organisations. She also spent 19 years working for Chiltern International Ltd, heading up the Learning and Development Department for 10 years.

Elaine lives in Pewsey, Wiltshire with her husband and golden retriever, Millie. In her spare time, Elaine enjoys yoga, singing in a choir and long walks with the dog!
