Adventure: The Path to Arriving

For the last three years in particular one of my keywords has been adventure. By stay too long in England much as I love it I find myself beginning to stultify. When I travel, I can literally feel my body shift and sense myself expanding.

I think that’s why I’ve been to over 40 countries and have lived in more than five at different points of my life.

There’s still so much I want to explore that’s why four years ago I started running into national retreats. For the first one I took a group of midlife women in Namibia to claim a greater sense of their authority. More recently I co-lead a retreat on Mount Shasta a sacred Space in northern California. This fulfilled a long held dream of mine to visit that part of the States. Both I and all the participants experienced an elevated sense of consciousness. The retreat focused on giving participants and expanded taste of trust and faith which enabled such transformative breakthroughs.

I’ve shared all this because I’m planning my next retreat. It will be held in Belize for no more than three people next winter (Jan-Feb 2027). It is in a beautiful spot created by a friend of mine who is both English and Belizean.
